Delivery options available for LOCAL Platteville, WI residents only. The delivery fee is $50 for the Summer 8 week subscription option. You MUST select the correct delivery option, that corresponds with the subscription you purchased. If no delivery option is selected, you (or the individual you are gifting the subscription to) are agreeing to pick up your flower bouquets in the farm stand on Tuesdays. If you are purchasing the Spring or 4 week Summer Subscriptions, you need to select the $25 delivery option for each of the subscription. If you are ordering multiple subscriptions and would like each subscription delivered, you will need to add the same quantity of delivery fees.

When completing the subscription order form, please make sure you have a physical address on the form. If this is for a gift, please make sure that the gift recipient’s address is on the form as well.
