Delivery options available for LOCAL Platteville, WI residents only. Delivery options are $25 for Spring and 4 week Summer Subscriptions. If you order 2 separate subscriptions and would like each subscription delivered, you will need to add 2 delivery fees. If you are ordering the 8 week Summer Subscription, that delivery fee is $50 and a different cart add on. You MUST select the correct delivery option, that corresponds with the subscription you purchased. If no delivery option is selected, you (or the individual you are gifting the subscription to) are agreeing to pick up your flower bouquets in the farm stand on Tuesdays.

When completing the subscription order form, please make sure you have a. physical address on the form. If this is for a gift, please make sure that the gift recipient’s address is on the form as well.
